Day 1: Arrive in Nairobi

Accessible Travel Kenya’s team meets you at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, at the aircraft door if you need airside assistance, and helps with immigration and luggage. A short transfer in the company’s ramp or swivel-seat van to the JW Marriott Nairobi. The afternoon is free to rest; your driver-guide briefs you on the days ahead.

Day 2: Nairobi’s best-loved day

A sunrise game drive in Nairobi National Park, with lion and rhino against the city skyline and breakfast in the park. At 11:00, the orphaned elephants at their mud bath at the Sheldrick Wildlife Trust nursery. Lunch in a Karen garden restaurant, then eye to eye with Rothschild’s giraffes at the Giraffe Centre, feeding them by hand from the platform. Back at the hotel by late afternoon.

Day 3: Nairobi at your pace

A rest day, or an add-on experience such as the Karura Forest trails or dinner at Talisman.

Day 4: Fly to Mount Kenya

About 45 minutes from Wilson to Nanyuki by light aircraft, boarding by ramp or assisted transfer, then about an hour by Land Cruiser to Solio. An afternoon drive among the rhino.

Day 5: Solio’s rhinos

Black and white rhino at close range on Solio’s open plains between Mount Kenya and the Aberdares, and the Solio Rhino Orphanage. A rest afternoon, then an evening drive.

Day 6: Solio at your pace

A morning drive and a slow afternoon at the spa or pool. Optional night drive, or a day at Ol Pejeta.

Day 7: Fly to the Masai Mara

Back to Nanyuki and a light-aircraft flight to Keekorok in the Mara (routing confirmed at booking), then about 30 minutes by road to the lodge on the Talek River.

Day 8: A full day on the plains

A long game drive with a picnic lunch by the river: lion, leopard, cheetah and, from July to October, the Migration herds.

Day 9: The Mara at your pace

Morning and evening drives with a rest afternoon. Optional dawn hot-air balloon, or a Maasai village visit.

Day 10: Home

Fly from Keekorok to Wilson, then meet and assist at JKIA for your flight home.
